HSK-Diamond Strain Relief
Do you know of an application where galvanic corrosion could be devastating in an installation?
Sealcon now offers a Zinc Nickel Plated Strain Relief Fitting.
A Nickel Plated Brass (NPB) Strain Relief Fitting installed in an Aluminum Enclosure or Aluminum Panel exposed to the environment may eventually break down. An electro-chemical reaction takes place between a Nickel Plated part and Aluminum. Aluminum will corrode and most likely cause leakage.
A Zinc Nickel Plated solution is much more corrosion resistant than a Nickel Plated Brass solution, especially in salt air (coastal) markets.

M23 Profinet Connector
Sealcon is now offering Hummel´s M23 based Profinet Circular high speed Industrial Ethernet Connector, combining Ethernet, other data, or power lines in one single interconnect package.
The Hybrid Connector can carry up to 5 individual EMI shielded circuits, guaranteeing safe data transmission up to Gigabit range without interference.
Connecting components are HF-technically matched to a resistance of 100 Ohm (at 100 Megabit) eliminating cross-talking. The US Railway system has a new norm, the transmission speed is regulated for future train solutions (reservation systems, communication between railcars, cameras, video, and servos). Standard RJ45 lines are wearing out and becoming unreliable, especially at higher transmission speed.

Single-Hole RJ45 Panel Connectors
This new M23 RJ45 Industrial Ethernet Panel Connector features three feed-thru versions, two with an extended body.
It works with any terminated RJ45 patch cable. No threaded mate required.
Can be used with knockouts or in M25 and 3/4" NPT threaded installations.
There are many options when choosing a Single Hole RJ45 Panel Connector:

Swivel Elbow Strain Relief
Sealcon is now offering Hummel´s new IP68 / NEMA 6 - Swivel Elbow Strain Relief in PG11, 13, 16 and 21 which may be handy in space restricted applications and where a connection (device) may be relocated at times.
The Elbow is installed and locked in place like any other Strain Relief in either a threaded or knock-out installation.
The Elbow is not spinning but the built-in swivel allows the Elbow to be rotated 360 degrees into any desired position. The resistance in the swivel is strong enough to support the weight of a cable.

The demand for larger & oversized Brass Fittings is constantly increasing, especially in offshore applications and renewable energy. Therefore, cable glands with a thread size of 4" BSPP have already been added to our catalog. Due to the continuing demand, various types of Metric thread sizes even above M63 can be found in our catalog as well.
Cable Glands Ex-d/e
Worth mentioning is our great assortment of Explosion proof Cable Glands, especially for the area "Increased Safety". The A2- and C-version made of Brass, Aluminum or Stainless Steel are suitable for hazardous (combustible) environments & are available with NPT or Metric threads. A2 is suitable for standard cables, C is best suited for armored cables.

Extra Large Cable Glands!
Demand for larger & oversized Brass Fittings is constantly increasing, especially in offshore and renewable energy applications.
Sealcon now offers a WADI-XL Cable Gland that will accommodate a cable range of 1.89"-3.54" (48-90 mm).
This product is available in Metric: M63, M75, M80, M90, M100, M110 and BSPP (British Standard Pipe Parallel) Threads G2 ½", G3" & G4" sizes.
Different seal materials are offered depending on your application. For use in oily environments, Nickel Plated Brass is best suited. For outdoor applications and saline environments, the HSK-XL fittings can be equipped with an EPDM seal.
Furthermore, Silicone - for high or low temperatures, or Viton® (FPM) - for applications that require chemical resistance, are available upon request.
