M12 Power Connector
Top performance in minimum space: The new M12 Power transmits up to a nominal voltage of 630V and a rated current of 16A.
It is a major milestone in an age of miniaturisation: the presentation of the M12 Power connector for power transmission. HUMMEL AG will present this connector to the public for the first time at the SPS 2015 in Hall 4, Stand 336. The compact M12 connector transmits power up to a nominal voltage of 630 V and a rated current of up to 16A. This development opens up more possibilities for use. A prime example is: confined spaces. The M12 Power now makes the use of power plugs possible. New challenges presented themselves when it came to robustness and thermal resistance. Thanks to the use of new materials, the new M12 Power functions reliably up to temperatures of 125 degrees Celsius. The sturdy metal housing complies with EMC standards and accommodates cables with cross sections of up to 11 millimetres. The M12 Power is available in four codings and complies with IP67 and IP69K protection classes.
Take a couple steps back and think about the moment you first realized how easy it was to connect two LEGO pieces. Do you remember the “AH-HA” feeling you had once you grasped the simplicity of building towers and the endless possibilities you had uncovered? You’ll experience a similar feeling when you discover the process of locking our TWILOCK Connector is just as simple.
Our TWILOCK Connector offers easy handling and exceptional functionality. Even when access is limited, a simple “twist” and “click” will secure your connection. The TWILOCK is also multi-functional and works with screw connections.
One “twist” and “click”… a plug in for connectors even when the access is difficult.
We offer a TWILOCK-S-Version that is compatible to Speedtec, which makes our connectors interchangeable with other connectors. Both the TWILOCK and TWILOCK-S are available in Power and Signal. Both provide a quick connect fastening system with easy to read “open” and “close” labeling.
- One step cable assembly with optional EMI shielding
- No extra tools needed to insert or extract contacts
- Clearly defined positioning

As a society, it’s been our mission to find ways in which we can enjoy the best of both worlds. From chicken and waffles to labradoodles, we’ve become masters at having our cake and eating it too. Similarly, our Snapclic DUO offers two solutions in one: strain relief and conduit fitting. Not only are your cables and wires protected externally by the conduit, but the integrated strain relief fitting provides pull out resistance to keep your application stable.
A few other features you should know about the Snapclic DUO:
Stainless steel is to corrosion what lead is to kryptonite; just as lead blocks kryptonite radiation, stainless steel blocks corrosive damage. The difference? Lead is a heavy metal that occurs naturally in Earth’s crust, while stainless steel is produced by combining chromium, nickel, molybdenum, titanium, copper, carbon and nitrogen. There are many grades of stainless steel that result from this mixture with distinctive levels of strength and corrosion resistance.
We offer grade 303 and 316L in a variety of our parts including cable glands, hygienic glands, circular connectors and accessories for both industrial and hazardous applications including:
Food and Drink – ovens, conveyors, brewing, distilling and food processing
Medical – surgical equipment, MRI scanners and X-Rays
Chemical/Pharmaceutical – pressure vessels, process piping and centrifuges
Transportation – railroad, road equipment, ships/marine equipment, chemical tankers and refuse vehicles
Oil and Gas – platform accommodations, cable trays, communication and pipelines
Water – water and sewage treatment, water tanks, filtration and flow metering
Architectural/Civil Engineering – lighting, communication, GPS, military and Navy

Bureau of Export Administration? No, the U.S. Department of Commerce changed its name to Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) in 2002. Maybe we’re talking flying out of the Bogalusa, LA airport for an upcoming show? Not quite. While Sealcon will be traveling to attend the 2015 Offshore Technology Conference, that show takes place in Houston, TX.
