Inside Technical Sales Representative: Sealcon

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Technical Sales Representative to join our team, primarily fostering existing relationships and targeting new business. We are looking for someone who is comfortable making a high volume of calls while working with the territory team to generate interest, qualify prospects, convert quotes to invoices, closing sales with a focus on customer partnership.
Product and industry knowledge is a plus. Willing to train a motivated self-starter with ambition to reach company goals. This position requires proficiency in phone and computer skills in a fast-paced environment.

The Inside Technical Sales Representative reports to the Director of Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to promote specific products to specific vertical market segments in coordination with a companywide marketing plan
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails
  • Receive transferred calls from customer service
    Act in a professional problem-solving capacity
  • Support sales representatives and distributors with technical questions
  • Work on assigned regions, territory, state(s), top accounts, etc.
  • Meet quarterly quota for assigned territory, customer, product group as well as company goals
  • Responsible for tracking progress on individual goals via CRM entries, Documentation is essential
  • Participate in trainings as required to meet overall objectives
  • Work towards the same company objectives – growth
  • Other duties as assigned such as being responsible for any regional support as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in component sales
    Mechanical background is helpful
  • Professional verbal and written communication style with a commitment to follow through
  • Pro-Active: Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, preparing quotes
  • Retain and expand Business: Develop accounts by checking customer’s purchase history; suggesting related and new items; explain technical features
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience with CRM or similar
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work with people at all levels with independence and integrity
  • Reacts well under pressure, treats others with respect and consideration
  • Ability to manage difficult customer situations and respond immediately to customer inquiries.
  • Consistently reliable ensuring work responsibilities are covered when absent

Compensation:

Operations Administrator

Classification: Non-Exempt
Reports to: Director of Operations and Finance
Location: Centennial, Colorado (100% In-Person)

Summary/Objective: 

The Operations Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Operations department to ensure efficient daily workflows, project coordination, and communication. This role supports multiple departments, manages operational processes, and ensures organization across projects in a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and attention to detail.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations team and cross-functional departments.
  • Coordinate and manage Operations meeting agendas, document notes, and track follow-up tasks.
  • Conduct research projects and support operational initiatives across departments.
  • Create, format, organize, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage ordering of company logo merchandise and business cards.
  • Maintain vendor filing systems, including creating folders, labeling, and daily invoice filing.
  • Conduct annual purging and organization of vendor files.
  • Manage daily communications within the Returns-Claims inbox.
  • Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA), claims, and pricing discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update customer discrepancy reports.
  • Coordinate purchase orders and support order processing for Inside Technical Sales Specialists.
  • Provide backup support for front desk operations as needed.
  • Assist Accounting with credit card processing and customer invoing.
  • Support end-of-day posting and administrative closeout processes.
  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure accuracy across systems and records.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.

The employee must be able to work on a computer and telephone for extended periods of time. This role requires the ability to sit for approximately 85% of the workday while also moving between office and warehouse environments as needed.

The employee must be able to stand, walk, bend, and occasionally climb for approximately 15% of the workday. The position also requires the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

  • This is a full-time position.
  • Standard hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Occasional additional hours may be required based on business needs.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of administrative experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong computer and systems navigation skills.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • 1+ year of accounting or finance-related experience.
  • Experience supporting operations, logistics, or administrative functions.

Warehouse Associate

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of a dynamic warehouse environment. This hands-on position is responsible for assisting across all warehouse departments, including Shipping, Receiving, Order Pulling & Quality Control. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player with strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement. This role requires physical stamina, adaptability, and a proactive attitude to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The Warehouse Associate reports to the Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide daily hands-on support for all sub departments in our warehouse team, including but not limited to: Shipping, Receiving, Pulling & Quality Control
  • Package customer orders according to order requests
  • Drive compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives
  • Communicate with coworkers and supervisors to optimize work completion
  • Provide recommendations on process improvement and assists in implementation
  • Rotate and train on each aspect of the warehouse (Receiving, Pulling, Shipping)

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Fast learner with the willingness to improve
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience highly preferred
  • Basic math and computer skills (understanding of Microsoft Suite and warehouse scanning software a must)
